Mr. Sebra is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Workers. He has over twenty years of experience as a highly successful executive with a track record of
building cohesive teams that consistently achieve record revenues and profits. He has co-founded and managed three successful companies: Knowledge Workers, The Wilshire
Group, a contingency and executive search firm and Destech Corporation, the builder of an automated picture data base management system for the CIA. Mr. Sebra served in
the USAF on staff to the Under Secretary of the Air Force for Space Systems.

Mr. Larson is responsible for the delivery of Recruitment Managed Services to Knowledge Workers' commercial clients. He has over 24 years of experience in process analysis
and design, product development and technological innovation all focused on increasing human capital productivity and job satisfaction.

Mr. Weiner is responsible for the development and execution of Knowledge Workers government strategy.
He has over 20 years of solution orientated human resources consulting experience related to human capital acquisition, process design, deployment, operation management,
information technology, change management, and project & systems management. Mr. Weiner has extensive Start Up and Merger & Acquisition experience in high
technology, telecommunications and the intelligence industry. He provides key Program/Project Management experience on some of Knowledge Workers large and complex business
engagements.

Mr. Prudhomme leads and guides the development of Knowledge Workers' overall technology architecture. In this capacity, Mr. Prudhomme is responsible for the development of
technology work products including vendor/supplier selection and benchmarking, system capacity planning and technology acquisition and deployment. He also oversees
performance monitoring tools, security measures and the implementation of technical standards, policies and procedures. Mr. Prudhomme has over 18 years of experience in
software development, network engineering and technical architecture and is an expert in the concept, design and delivery of IT solutions.
